Where We Ship

Sensory Restore currently ships within the United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days

Please note these are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders under $150: Standard shipping rate calculated at checkout
  • Orders $150 and over: FREE standard shipping — automatically applied at checkout

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of your ship date please contact us at sensoryrestore@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
